Terms of Service

Katt Business OS ("KattsOS")

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using KattsOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity under your account.
• Notify us at support@kattsos.co.za if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment required to start. At the end of the trial, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Starter tier: R99/month (ZAR), billed monthly.
• Pro tier: R199/month (ZAR), billed monthly.
• Payments processed securely by Paystack. We do not store full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime — takes effect at end of current billing period.
• 3-day grace period for failed payments before suspension.
• 30 days' notice for price changes to active subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

KattsOS software, design, and branding are owned by Purari Katandika / Katt Group. You retain ownership of your business data. You receive a limited license to use the Service — no copying, reselling, or reverse-engineering.

6. Acceptable Use

Use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for losses from downtime beyond what's required by law.
